    I've been wanting to play this game ever since I was 10. Sadly I grew up poor and was never able to buy a pc. Fast forward 11 years. I'm 21, have a great job and finally a pc. Now I come to you all, in need of aid. If possible I would love so guidance in this vast world.

    can we keep 100% loot drop in abyssal pvp?

    as you may saw on zkill, since 100% lootdrop got enabled, a lot more people do abyssal pvp. Some former known legends like Sagitta en Welle or Glock 23 are coming back to grab the 100% lootdrops. A lot more kills happened and this made abyssal pvp more worth doing as you get more reward for same risk. Even regen gilas drop 150m+ loot. On zkill there is almost a full page of kills per day.

    So my question: Is it possible to keep the 100% lootdrops for abyssal pvp after the event ended?

    by the way: What do you think about adding Veles and Zoryas radiation sinks and guns + plex as possible loot to the cladistic cache? Especially the Veles rad sinks are quite expensive and low supply. Which makes them not worth using as you could just roll gravid + T2 for same result.

    Since the withdrawl of FRT from Detorid, it seems that their brave allies in Winter Co have been operating with all momentum of the proverbial Italian Tank... so much so that in an effort to take some of the hurt out of moving, Iron Bank (the asset management corp of the Iron Crown alliance) unanchored all of their medium structures in southwest Cache, ready to join the great freighter convoys of Fraternity in their migration to Outer Passage (or beyond).

    Unfortunately, their logistics division seem to be every bit as competent as their military, and as such many structures were left floating, forgotten in space for all to scoop. The last 3 days have been pretty frantic, trying to beat the other legacy lurkers to the abandoned prizes before they were snagged, but I made out ok with my one hyperspatial blockade runner, although I know for a fact there are a half dozen or more that I missed to other blues!

    Farewell Iron Crown, and thanks for all the fish!

    So, as Jibrish pointed out in a recent thread, there's often a focus upon reacting to what CCP does or has done negatively on the subreddit - and it can often leave little room for constructive criticism, or discussions of what we hope CCP might do actually improve this game and take it in a positive direction, which is key when we know developers and management actively read this place and use it as a barometer for community sentiment.

    Let's look forwards a few weeks into the future and take CCP at their word from Vegas, and that they'll be rolling out a quarterly roadmap of development to better communicate to the community what is happening in the game, and poke our heads in at London.

    It's the last stop on the world tour, and the next major event after will be Fanfest on the eve of Q2 next year, there's no better place to drop at least a draft of the Q1 roadmap than there.

    So, wise people of r/eve, what are you hoping CCP works on in that period?

    Was in an escalating lowsec brawl. We had 1 dread, 1 carrier, and about 5 dudes in cruisers. Enemy cynos in 2 carriers and a dread, along with a few black ops. They have about 10-12 frigates and cruisers.

    What might have been a fun underdogged fight was quickly thwarted when an avatar and nyx pops in and 1 shots the dread. What a giant anti fun ship :/

    EVE Nostalgia

    So I'm not sure if this belongs here, but I have been playing WoW Classic recently, and saw a post about a guild sending a gift to a guild member who was about to get married. This reminded me of my story here in EVE Online, and thought I'd share as a way of nostalgia for me, and a place for you fellow pilots to share your thoughts.

    I flew with a Wormhole corporation called United System's Commonwealth [USYSC]. I was in USYSC for over 2 years, and in that time had rarely set foot in K-Space, sticking mainly to the WH life and the odd NS run for some PVP. I hadn't been good at EVE and the lads at USYSC looked after me, guided me, and taught me how to be the best pilot I could be at that time.

    In 2014 was set to get married to the love of my life, and living in the country I do, when we moved into our place, we wouldn't have internet anymore. I sadly had to retire from the game that had been part of my life since 2010. Well, the Corp came together and they had a "Stag Roam" for me, and honestly, that was the best moment I've ever had in my gaming history (sure there have been other notable moments in various games I've played over the years, but this is when I truly felt how amazing a gaming community could be).

    Well that is my sappy story, but no one would be able to tell it better than Jay Joringer, a pilot that was part of USYSC at the time, and the one who set up the roam.

    Is it worth Going to an Invasion Tour?

    Hi All,

    I'm not sure whether to go to the invasion london Tour. I live 30 minutes away by train, but i'm not sure if it is worth the £35 ticket cost.

    I play the game mainly as an explorer as i find the pvp fairly dull, and i don't get involved in the alliances as i have a 9-5. I also don't drink, and it appears that the fanfest etc is mostly a pub crawl, do people think it is worth going to?

    10 Tornado Limit?

    Fellow gankers I've got a question, I'm trying to have a guaranteed kill on every HS bling ratting ship. So far I think to nados are the best bang for my buck, however due to draconian CCP laws I can only have 10 tornados on field at once, unlike my ganking friends who can have 20, 30, or even 50 tornados. A GM asked me why I even need more than 10 tornados, and that any more is ridiculous for any kind of EVE player.

    What's your advice? Is the 10 tornado limit even enforceable?
