    I feel like the political/sov side of the game has been so stagnant minus Darkness dissolving. It all feels so stale to me now. Anyone else wish CCP would implement something that disrupts Null in a big way to make things a little bit interesting again?

    Why are my drones acting stupid?

    I'm ratting with my buddy in my VNI and I have a target painter so he sets his drones to assist me. It always starts off fine but sometimes my drones suddenly decide they want to ignore my target painter and focus whatever they want (and sometime's it's his drones that ignore it.)

    I've tried setting my drones between passive/aggressive, re-cycling my target painter, etc. nothing works.

    Any idea how to fix?

    Abyssal pvp for t1 cruisers only

    Hello,

    Just an idea, in T1-T2 sites there should be a proving conduit but the only ships that can enter these are T1 empire cruisers. This makes it so that people who dont want to put so much isk on the line can still have awesome and clean 1v1s

    Right now if you manage to get a t1 cruiser into a proving conduit you are almost guaranteed to get shredded because the overwhelming majority who run them are in faction or t2 cruisers.

    Small Gang Comps

    I am rather new to small gangs and was looking for some helps with ship comps. I would say I would like to keep it less blingy as I am sure I will welp some. Suggestions for these would be extremely helpful. Newbs have to start somewhere so here I am hopefully creating some content for us and others.

    Cloaking devices disguise your ship as a rat, complete with red overview shapes, naming conventions; the lot.

    ECM modules should affect the targetted players overview, literally corrupting the distance, velocity and name displays.

    Mining turrets activate a tetris like minigame, with shiney blocks representing mineral rich ores .. failier damages your mining crystal.

    You only get access to a capsule as an omega player - Alphas have yet to finish their training and simply fly corvette versions of the Omega ships (purely fictional).

    Thinking about coming back (again..)

    Now I know it's true that you never truly leave EVE, and there's a moderate amount of negativity surrounding the game on Reddit, but something makes me want to come back again, and I'm at a crossroads. I'll put it into perspective so it's easier to offer your thoughts.

    I have never been one of the super dedicated EVE players and have around 60M skill points, I put them all into PvP even though I don't really fully understand PvP even after years, I just click stuff and sometimes it blows up but mostly I blow up.

    I had enormous amounts of fun in a few alliances and some of my greatest experiences were tagging along in fleets and just blapping whatever the FC said.

    I was in a corp for around 4 years in which I made a good few friends, they were all US based and I'm UK based so it was hard to find times to play but I'd stay up late to play with them and the rest of the time I'd just sorta sulk and do mining or something. I think this is the main reason I'd burn out so quickly on EVE was just being quite lonely. After my last break they finally booted me from the corp. F.

    I'm wondering if it's worth looking for a new home and coming back or is EVE really kill? The last time I played the triglavians has just come out.

    Any thoughts, advice or questions? I'm not sure but I hear the sweet EVE music in my mind again.

    Logging into the game, selecting a character, docking, undocking, jumping a gate, really any session change, etc. Is taking excessively longer than normal.

    After a month in a high sec Corp last year I decided to make my own damn Corp. Through the magic of Google and determination I've gone from mining to gas huffing to relic running and to having 3 characters involved in pi production. My account varies through the week but I generally keep close to 1 bil isk on hand at any given time.

    Now I'm beginning to think about opening the Corp up for recruitment. Maybe charging a modest tax rate and putting that money into skill books and ships for new recruits.

    I don't necessarily have a problem with folks who want to mine or learn about any of the things I've mentioned above, but my focus will continue to be relics and pi.

    My home office is a couple jumps from Jita but I'm rarely there and usually operate out of null or wormhole space.

    My question I suppose is whether or not it's worth it to recruit. Will I simply become a glorified babysitter? If I make a minimum skill point level to join will anyone take it seriously? Obviously I know I can get a few alphas to join. Will I be pulling my hair out daily? Should I just continue to be a one man show?
