Eve Online New Eden is dark and full of terrors

I like to help make EVE a better game by reporting bugs whenever I see them but the current system of reporting bugs, unfortunately, feels very unrewarding and clunky.

So here are some of my issues about the bug report system

In about 70% of the cases when I've written a bug report and click SUBMIT the page resets and deletes all text on it. This bug is so common that I now always have to copy/paste the text to a separate document to make sure it doesn't get deleted. This is not due to me not being logged in or internet connection issues. I've tested that many times by just checking another address right after or clicking another link on the same website.
Select and Upload files fails to upload images in the majority of cases. I've tried several different types of images like jpeg/jpg, png or bmp and I can't see any file system that works better or worse than the other.
Most importantly, the feedback on bug reports is in most cases non-existent. I took the time to write the post, provide images and point out exactly what the problem is because I want to make the game better, so I feel like the least they could do is say thanks and tell me that they're working on getting it fixed. Right now I have no idea if they recognize that it is a bug or not or if they're working on it or not.

This is V1.0 and we have tried to deliver as much to the community in the short time frame that we were given after Spectre Fleet sadly removed support to the NPSI groups that had been listing their fleets - I appreciate Spectre Fleets work over the last few years, and wish them well as they attempt to focus on their own community.

What ships would you like to see in Eve?

The game has many types of ships with different gameplay, but sometimes you want something new, how do you think which ships still have the right to exist and are needed in Eve?

And here is a small suggestion from me :)

What do you think about the active reconnaissance ship. This ship is not capable of carrying weapons, but has the ability to show the presence of pilots in a nearby star system or the presence and type of ships in the system. In the world of Eve, information is a resource and this ship will extract it.
