    First it was the adverts for ships. Now I'm seeing adverts for actual player alliances, as well as super cool adverts for NPC corporations. For me this stuff really deepens the Eve universe. I love it. Bravo. Thank you.

    A FYI on colorblindness.

    A corp mate of mine and friend has been fighting to get a color blind function added for PI activities for almost a decade now, he just told me his story and regularly contacts CCP for assistance with this but receives no response. His color blindness does not allow him to do anything other then factory planets according to him.

    about 3 years ago a color blindness function was added but does not alter the PI color scheme at all. he currently submits support tickets every several months to bring awareness to this issue.

    From what I can tell you're either in one group, or you're in the other. What the hell happened? They brought in Fozzie Sov to try and make it easier to take space but that didn't work, then they brought in citadels which seem to have turned every system into Fort Knox unless you have batphones or the numbers.

    How does a new group compete in this if they don't just join the bandwagon of one of these two super groups? I know there's Providence but I've ignored them because, well.

    EVE getting better or ... ?

    So I left a few years back when the subs were going into the toilet and many players left... now I see concurent player numbers are back at around 40k which is not bad.

    Seems the increase started late March when corona virus drama started... so, did the game get better or people are just bored at home and logged back into eve?

    Curious for some feedback... fresh blood joining eve? Easy to recruit people? CCP did something right or they still sux?

    Just a neutral 3rd part been watching this shitshow unfold for the past 2 weeks. Their structure timer is in kinakka. 18:00 come and watch. 2 days ago they called RC, Goons, Snuffed, Dock Workers, and Wangs to fight the 100 man Corp Sniggwaffe. I wonder if TEST will be there this time.

    New Player Here: I want to do Faction Warfare and Exploration - and other things long term. Don’t want to be cut off from High Sec space.

    Title says it.

    I like the idea of small frigate fights hanging out in low sec and null sec PvP (depending on Corp I finally land with).

    I think a little exploration on the side would be fun. Maybe the main thing I do when not feeling PvP. Eventually I'd like a character that's well trained and can do trading the such.

    Worried taking complexes and fighting will ruin my rep and cut me off from too much high security space. I would still like to access it.

    Not interested in making a bunch of alts but that is the only solution I can seems

    Radamantis (astrahus) could not go silently into the night. He arose like the phoenix in an attempt to spread his wings once more.

    Alas, he got silenced yet again, BR, but not quietly. In his last breaths he reached out and touched the bad guys in the KNONO place, ensuring that his sacrifice was not in vain.

    As punishment for the transgression, the leader of Snuggles was taught a lesson by our beloved Kaiser. The words "take that b****" were overheard on comms as the inevitable explosion removed yet another stain from our soil.

    Thank you all for showing up, friends and foes. This was a really fun fight and everyone enjoyed themselves from our side, hopefully the other side felt the same.

    Eve politics? Why are they so successful (zerging?)?

    I'm curious how EVE politics are so successful when they aren't so successful in a lot of other open world pvp games, which wind up decaying to "zerging" clans taking over and out competing other clans.

    In EVE, why is that not so much the case? (I know goonswarm owns like ~1/5 of the map, but apart from that)

    Thinking about getting into EVE as an alpha, can someone explain how I can get into this?

    I have decided to start trying out EVE because of the the videos describing super huge battles between different player factions. I really would love to be a part of that sort of scene but I'm also aware that alphas can never be as powerful as omegas. How can I start getting into fleets and blowing things up with people?

    Are faction titans worth it?

    Look at the molok. Lets say a weapons damage is x. we have 4 turret slots in molok so it will be 4x. then we have 1400% bonus to damage, which will mean it is multiplied by 14. 4x14=56x. A molok's turret damage output is 56x. When we look at avatar, it has 6 turret slots so it will be 6x raw. Any reasonable avatar pilot would train amarr titan to 5 so we will get 900% damage buff. 6x9=54x. The difference is only 2x which i do not think will make it worth the price. dont tell me you will want to web or neut enemies in a titan. yes you can put nosferatu because you have so many high slots available but you wouldnt choose molok and spend more billions to web... Molok has more cpu, PG and cap alongside the +1 med slot. Molok has more shield, armor and hull and also the corpse bay. But are these worth all the price? Perhaps I am missing a point and perhaps having a molok on your side is just about sending a message. But is it actually worth it?

    New Player Looking for Corp

    I just started to play yesterday, and I am absolutely hooked. I want to find a good corp to play with, but that doesn't delve too much into the pvp aspect of the game. I don't really care for pvp in most games, but im ok with a little, but I don't want to have most of my time playing be against other players. Thanks for any help given!
