    Day Six: Gate Camps and Jump Gates

    I am attempting to post an end-of-the day report each day of the war so far called World War Bee II. I'm attempting to catalog the various skirmishes and events in a simple easy-to-read format. While there are many layers to any conflict, some not seen and others showing themselves in various chat channels and propaganda, I would like to give the most people possible a layman's understanding.     Around 1700, the first show of supercapitals in the war made their way on stage as The Initiative dropped the supercapital hammer to save their subcapital fleet contesting the Panfam forces reinforcing the Ansiblex Jump Gate in KVN-36 in the Initiative home region of Fountain. On the southern front, it is a back and forth fight as Legacy and Imperium forces clear out each other's citadels, towers and jump gates as they each try to hamper any move forward from the other.     • Period Basis/Paragon Soul In the early morning of day six of the war, Imperium killed an anchoring Raitaru engineering complex in XZ-SKZ in Period Basis. The structure operation was uncontested, however they did engage with Legacy forces fc'd by Vily about an hour later in the system. The Imperium fought successfully in their staging system of TCAG-3, killing 11.4b and 73 ships of Legacy, trading 5.0b over 64 ships in exchange. Later that day at about 0600, Imperium forces under Origin. CEO Elo Knight, reinforced a jump bridge in G-M4GK. Legacy engages with fighters from their Thanatos and Archon carrier wing staged in system but trade with the Imperium Jackdaw force screening for the main Munin heavy assault cruiser fleet. Imperium will lose 1.7b to Legacy's losses of 720mill over the engagement. The Imperium forces hold an almost around the clock gatecamp of the G-M4GK outgate in TCAG-3 using their mainline Baltc (Megathron/Bhalgorn battleship) composition with Jackdaw tactical destroyers to screen Sabre interdictor destroyers and other light tackle. At 1200 they destroy approximately 3.6b in kills when engaging a Legacy gang, and a second one at 1500 when they were possibly chasing notable Eve streamer Bjorn Bee who lost his Vagabond heavy assault cruiser on the gate. ShutUpandShave led a fleet of approximately 140 pilots, mostly Munins with Scimitar cruiser logistics, possibly to an entosis operation, and kill an Imperium Thanatos carrier and fighters for 3.4b. Other structure kills that day in those two regions include another anchoring Legacy Raitaru, this time in TPAR-G, two Control Tower POSs - a Goonswarm Amarr Control Tower in O1Q-P1 and a Legacy Caldari Control Tower in XZ-SKZ.
    • First Supercapital Fight in Fountain Just shy of an official week into World War Bee II, The Initiative drops their supercapital fleet consisting of 19 Avatar, three Erebus and one Ragnarok class Titan, the latter belonging to CSM 15 member Brisc Rubal. Also with them was 18 Nyx, one Hel, two Wyvern and four Aeon-class Supercarriers and 41 Archon and Thanatos carriers. The defending side was three fleets - Sacrilege and Munin heavy assault cruiser and a Megathron/Bhaalgorn Baltec fleet totalling approximately 700 pilots. The main fleet commanders for the defending side were Dark Shines and Sister Bliss from The Initiative and Asher Elias from Goonswarm Federation. The Panfam forces, commanded by Hedliner from Pandemic Legion, Killah Bee from Northern Coalition. and Chossuh from Pandemic Horde, were approximately three fleets of mostly Munins with frigate and destroyer support. The engagement started approximately around 1800 when the nodes for the IHUBs in the Hydra constellation had begun to uncloak. Northern Coalition entosis ships with a sizable support fleet of Pandemic Legion Jackdaws and Pandemic Horde Harpy assault frigates began to do their work but were unsuccessful. In KVN-36, the main Panfam fleet had almost finished reinforcing the Ansiblex jump gate when the Initiative Sacrilege and Baltc fleet began to engage them. As the odds shifted in Panfam's favor by better positioning of their Munins, Initiative cyno'd in their superfleet on grid and began to use the Doomsday weapons to scatter their forces. Several objectives were won that day by Imperium forces, the IHUB in J-RQMF was replaced, the jump bridge repaired successfully and the isk war was won at 12.5b in losses over 86 ships by the Imperium to 14.5b lost by Pandemic forces of 130 ships. While it was unclear if it was a part of the bigger skirmish or an accident, Pandemic Horde loses a Revelation dreadnought in D4KU-5. From the battle report, it appears that the Horde cormorant destroyer fleet had been sandwiched by a thrasher destroyer gang from French Connection and an Initiative Zealot fleet coming from L-A5XP on the Hophib gate in system when the Revelation jumped in. Panfam loses 9.1b to The Initiative 8.5b.
    • Jump Bridges There were several final timers for jump bridges scattered around the regions of Querious, Delve and Esoteria. Stainwagon exiles Ferrata Victrix and The Afterlife. kill a TEST Alliance jump bridge in VYJ-DA in Esoteria. NullSechnaya Sholupen and White Squall. kill two belonging to Goonswarm Federation in 1-SMEB and Q-HESZ in Delve. The biggest skirmish was in 49-U6U in Querious where a Legacy and Fi.Re (Final Reunion) coalitions Munin fleet contested the timer with an Imperium Tengu and Caracal fleet with a single Phoenix dreadnought. Imperium won the timer despite losing 5.6b over 17 ships to the defending 3.3b over 18 ships.
    • Daily Campaign For July 10th, Day Six is as follows: Attacking Pandafam and Legacy Coalitions lost 174.3b to the defending Imperium forces losses of 180.7b.

    When we don't have anything going on I venture out into random null sec's and kill MTU's. Sometimes I get small skirmishes out of it but mostly its nothing. Last night I was just cruising around and I find an MTU chilling in space, I scan it down then pop it. I don't always look at the kill mail but this time I did.

    When I first looked at the estimated value I couldn't understand why 1 Million looked so weird. Then I scrolled down on the kill mail. I quickly jettisoned my cap boosters and headed back to my wormhole laughing all the way.

    [Actually Not A ShitPost] Is anyone else experiencing disappearing skill queues / subtle skill queue resets?

    It seems like for the 5th time over the last 2 months my characters' skill queues either disappeared, reset, or reverted to an older queue. It's completely possible that I'm losing my mind but I feel like I'm not imagining this. Is anyone else experiencing something similar or am I the only one?
