[WIP] New EVE online tool, EVEPACKER Posted: 25 Apr 2021 11:12 PM PDT I've developed a new tool for EVE online called EVEPACKER and gotten a lot of use out of. It is not yet published, as I need to work out some bugs still. EVEPACKER WIP Basically, you feed it a copy-paste list of items and provide a maximum cargo capacity. It will then figure out how to maximize the ISK per volume. Sounds somewhat niche, but I've been doing a bunch of station bashes recently, and figuring out what loot can be taken in Blockade Runners to market ASAP vs. what needs to be put on a freighter is a huge time saver. FUN INC SUPER SATURDAY AAR, 24 APRIL 2021! Posted: 25 Apr 2021 01:29 PM PDT I wouldn't normally post an AAR in a public are like this, however i jUst had to write this one up! having allowed last nights roam to percolate a bit, just wanted to say WHAT A FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC FLEET THAT WAS & THANKS TO ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE THAT SHOWED UP! For those of you that don't or haven't heard of FUN inc / Eeven better With Friends or know of us, we run NPSI public roams, and all the dets can be found on our public discord, and at the NPSI community gateway calendar . I formed up our usual Saturday night FUN inc combat inties / ShrinkWrapped Raptor fleet at 1900 from jita on Saturday 24th April - i believe we were about 40 in fleet including a lot of skirmishers - i think we had 7 at one point, and a ridiculous amount of dictors - i think we had 6 ! Thus far flying this doctinre we have fleetd up 62 times using this doctrine and have destroyed 329.60BN isk - that is 5.31BN isk on average per roam. For those of you that weren't there - YOU SERIOUSLY MISSED OUT! We destroyed 29.16BN isk - WITH RAPTORS! It started off with a dip into Tribute via Thera - for the best part of 1hr 30 - 2hr we basically just moved no more than a dozen hops from our spawn into Tribute - upon entering Tribute we straight away killed a blingy orthrus and pod (2.2bn total) and then had a nice little skirmish / engagement with a Thorax and Exeq fleet https://zkillboard.com/related/30000871/202104242000/ where we destroyed around 2bn versus 145m lost. From this point forward it kind of got silly - in a good way! We had skirmishers calling tackle on ships left right and centre - thanny, an ishtar, an orca, a drake navy fleet and loads loads more... i have literally never been in a fleet quite like it. I f'ed up my first task Posted: 25 Apr 2021 12:22 PM PDT I was doing a task that required me to warp to an are and destroy a seeker but I warped with a ship that has no weapons so I had to back change ships then I went back and destroyed the seeker. It was still displaying that I had to warp to the area so I warped to my starting base and back. I was curious what kind of savings it added up to so I compared it to the 1.5m SP for $39.99 pack sold in the store. The regular pack is 37,509 SP/$. The "special offer" is 36,827 SP/$. But the $40 pack also comes with an attribute booster. That's a substantially better deal. Why is CCP sending me notifications for this garbage disguised as a deal?
