    'Ello,

    I bothered to read the 45 mini pages of the "Privacy Policy and User Agreement", the first 25 pages are to do with data. 25 to 45, is just your generic T&Cs. I thought maybe I'd cherry pick a few things for your awareness. If you accept the terms, here's a few points on the details of the data usage and privacy:

    1. Registration data, such as name, email address, social media identifiers payment details if used to pay for in-app purchase falls under 'data' and is all stored.
    2. IMPORTANT: Stored data also includes all game content, explicitly chosen as an example was, your IG chat log. So everything that you type into that app can be stored and distributed.
    3. They explicitly do NOT guarantee data security, quoting weakness of internet transmission as the excuse to not guarantee.
    4. Data is open to local authorities, it's a Hong Kong company with many third party services in the US, between those two countries, your data is freely accessible to authorities. It also goes on to explain that they WILL share this information not only due to legal obligation, but to enforce their terms of service and policies etc. this includes more mundane things such as to review Technical difficulties. Essentially, they have a multitude of reasons as to why they can justify access and distribution of the collected data as they see fit
    5. They hold onto the data until you request for it to be deleted. If you want to do this, you need to email ([gamegdpr@service.netease.com](mailto:gamegdpr@service.netease.com)), you must also provide one of the following two reasons, you believe it is no longer necessary for NetEase to hold the information, or you believe the information is being held unlawfully. Unfortunately these are both arguable reasons so it will be possible for them to disagree with your reason, outside EEA that is.
    6. Although point 4 is in breach of EEA laws, they do say that if you're in the EEA (European Economic Area) they seem to recognise and allude to adherence. The language isn't clear as to whether they're adhering to it or not.
    7. They claim to provide the owner of the data access as to what information they have on it's users, and also who they have shared that data with.

    This is nothing ground breaking in terms of how companies normally use data, but the world is full of naive people, so this is really just a head's up. Overall, this is a far cry from Iceland and EEA, it's Hong Kong and the US. Just know that if you decide to play the game, it's all recorded, distributed and data mined by an unknown number of entities and there's very little you can do about it, especially if you're Non-EEA.

    Literally knockdraggers manage to make 3D models, and other things for all the 4 races but they can't sell them due to CCP.

    But CCP is spending an absurd amount of time on fucking skins and trying to monetize stuff like the hyper net. Which they inevitably end up discounting and discontinuing to increase its value....

    But they completely don't understand they have a legal monopoly on models and if we're being honest Games-workshop's warhammer 40k is the best selling board game (hyperbole but people follow it just for the lore and to paint models, they spend thousands at a time ).and people in the eve online demographic 100% have crossover with those people. 30's + gamers with deep pockets. But they won't just give it to you for another in game skin when they already have 10 to choose from. CCP has to diversify.

    All CCP has to do is offer black 3D models and overpriced paints to sell on their website and people would pair it themselves in the skin that they want. Just have some tutorials on how to paint the OG 4 colors and it'll fucking take off.

    Hell. You can even charge plex for it I don't mind. That'll fix the infinite Plex conundrum where veterans sit in plex since like the stock market it always goes over over a long enough time frame. But if you could use Plex to buy 3D ship models from CCP they'd be fucking millionaires. For real. Some of the best space ship designs I've seen in my life. Non players would buy.

    FXR Pure Blind Bot Timers : ~1min

    FXR (which are INIT renters/pets) harbor botters. Those bots run on a near exact 1 minute timer.

    Here is the process for hunting these bots:

    1. Find system of botter in FXR affiliated space. Normally if you see 'Simulated Gila fit' and there is a Gila on dscan then it is a bot.
    2. Dscan for Wrecks and find the ratting site. Also find the Citadel the Gila warps to and note the distance from it.
    3. Align to the citadel, MWD on for a couple seconds, then place a BM
    4. Grab your phone and place a 1 minute timer. Activate the timer only when you see your local disappear when you leave the system
    5. Warp back to the bookmark. Narrow down when the Gila is about to land. You want to be there waiting for it.

    Since we know the fit of the Gilas and distance from their citadel to the ratting site, it is possible to calculate the time they take to warp from their citadel to their ratting spot. I haven't done this, but it shouldn't be too hard to do with a script.

    Please remember to report these bots.

    Also being blue to FXR is almost as bad as being blue to INIT. I'm looking at you, c0nes.

    Emerging Conduits vs Abyssal sites

    I started running Emerging Conduits fairly recently as something to do instead of the usual isk-making content I do and find it fairly good pickup content for when I have half an hour to an hour to kill. I'm fairly comfortable making 100-150mil per hour this way using a fairly cheap Rattlesnake.

    My question is whether t5 Abyssal is more profitable and how much would it pay per hour? I can fly any subcap in game and have mastery5 on almost everything, so that's not an issue.

    Reason I'm wondering is because the fits I've seen for t5s are super bling most of the time and I sincerely wonder if it's actually worth it compared to Emerging Conduits, which can be run in relative comfort.

    As a cal/gal zone FW dude im wondering whats happening in the other warzone?

    I have seen several Amarr systems being vulnerable but they are not being flipped? Why not?

    Whats the status on the FW agent agreement? (Controlling the other factions mission agent systems to prevent mission farming.)

    In the cal/gal zone we are currently at a stalemate. Both sides in T3. Defensive plexing beating Offensive plexing.

    With new bookmark system it's hard to sell the escalation site bookmark, buyer and seller need to get in touch to trade. please give us a way to sell the access permission to bookmark folder or something.
