Was in a random c-2 looking for a home in my small Corp when some guy said hey are you new in local, I was like how tf did he know I was here, then he said you in the buzzard m. And I was like hii. I'm new to wh space and I'm looking for a home, and then he gave me docking access to his station transferee it to my Corp and traded me 5bil worth of stuff. I was like thanks man why tho? He replied shit game bye. And I never saw him again. Then I was checking skill for my new home and see a 3bil dead paladin on the board by the guy. F you will be remembered o7

Nothing but respect for the fight tonight guys. That was some mad fucking warrior spirit displayed taking that brawl at 0 on top of the fort. I know we had some carriers in there but for the most part that was an even subcap brawl and it was pretty amazing. I haven't seen the battle report yet but I think it was pretty close and was a good showing by both sides all things considered.

This is not a troll post, I want to thank everyone involved for having a bad ass, relatively low lag, straight up (mostly, sorry) subcap brawl.

Seriously, respect. That was some honourable brawling and it was pretty great.

In west Vale, Deepwater Hooligans have been spending their days trying to generate content by hitting Brand Newbros, via various efforts of cloaky camping, sov trolling, and other shenanigans.

Small in number but salty in spirit, Hooligans have taken to pulling in various batphones to try and contest structure timers, recently calling Forsaken Empire to try and get them the numbers to contest Brand Newbros and our cute friends over in Freight Train Diplomacy, who have also decided they dislike groups who constantly harass a group trying to get newbros into nullsec as their primary form of content.

That didn't go so well, so they decided the solution was to pick up the phonebook again and bring in Lazerhawks, Trigger Happy, and more Forsaken Empire duders.

With a combined almost 170 characters against our 100 or so and outshipped in terms of Domis versus Faction BS, we decided to hold off and throw down once we had at least some even numbers to throw down with. On the second timer we cynoed on top of the Astra, with a few FAX in tow, as Hooligans warped in at max range in nightmares.

For a few minutes we played chase the nightmares around as they tried to stay out of range, at one point messing up a fleet warp and giving us a few kills for our trouble. Lazerhawks decided to bring in Machs and an apostle, and they were very much in range. Despite some pesky damps, Domis were able to chew through machs, and eventually the apostle went down under the neut power of the astra and sustained DPS of domis and the astra. With LZHX off grid, the Nightmares and a set of Forsaken Empire Nagas continued to poke away at the structure.

One good warpin on the Nightmares gave us a good set of shots on their logi, although we traded a few ships for it. The astra died, and in came the dreads on our set of carriers and 2 fax that had remained on the astra. Our dreads came in after, and with everyone's loads blown, the cap brawl commenced.

As the dust cleared, FAM/BOOM dreads along with our friends who came along to even the numbers from Petco Incorporated successfully cleared out the enemy dreads, but we lost a whole pile of domis during the engagement, and were hurting bad, so we extracted caps and pulled our remaining subcaps off field.

My irl eve super fun time event

So i live in a system in nullsec (3rd world country), the other day i was driving home and decided to take a shortcut through a shitty neighborhood. Lo and behold as soon as i turn off the highway i have to slow down for a suspiciously placed speed bump, that's when some prick rushes my car pointing a pistol at me attempting to land tackle while his mates ran to the sides trying to open my doors. Luckily since moving here my corpmates implored that i train Door Lock to V so the cheeky buggers were shit out of luck liberating anything from the cargohold.

I stared in disbelief for 2 seconds before realizing i'd never had cloak to begin with, slammed the car into reverse, spun around, overheated prop mod and burnt back onto the highway the wrong way up the offramp.

Realised after that i had just crashed a gatecamp irl and i think that made me actually angrier than the real event.

Anyone else got a similar eve irl story?

Eve's notorious botlord, Noraus, and his lackey's Gobbins & Hedliner and all their pets attempted to kill an Imperium fortizar. Panfam proceeded to turbo feed hundreds of muninns into an Imperium sac/baltec fleet for four hours in full tidi before warping off.

Deaths of note: Noraus/Hedliner/Gobbins/Seddow/PGL

BR will follow. Fortizar was saved. Good Guys win again. GF all around, thanks to all that came.

EVEpraisal.com alternative?

EVEpraisal.com has been absolutely a godsend for calculating the value of goods in contracts. However, it looks like its maintainer hasn't updated it for a few months, as it's several patches behind on tiericide and new items in the EVE database.

It doesn't look like its creator is active right now, either.

Is anyone aware of any alternative that includes updated database information?

So myself and 2 other guys have set up a Corp in high sec. We haven't bothered anyone, but apparently, a certain Corp believes we're in "their area" and have threatened to declare war if we don't sell and move. We like where we are and worked hard to get here. We want to defend our station. We have a Raitaru station and I believe we have missiles. My buddies and I also have around 110M isk, each. What are our options? How can we not lose our station?
